My father encouraged my artistic leanings ever since I can remember, it's a part of me...my art provides such solace and expression that just doesn't come out in words, unless it's hyberole rap and twisted poetry...
Natural materials are my favourite: comfortable, practical, long lasting and they always smell good. Working with natural fibres is always a joy to the senses; it gives me a feeling of connection with my ancestors, skills that have been passed down through generations and still flourish when they might seem all but obsolete. In these changing times of instant gratification; slow fashion, slow hobbies are becoming almost de rigueuer.
For me my ambitions have always been precious but intangible.
Finally grabbing the horns and sharing my visions with the world, making them take shape is a joy of creation in itself.
